Join us Thursday, March 15 at 5:30 as chef/owner of the Moringa Tree Jenny Weaver breaks down the details of how to begin turning your kitchen into a healthy and fun place! As a Nutritional Coach and Doctor of Naturopathy, Jenny will teach you the basics of what “clean eating” truly means and how to stock your pantry and refrigerator with healthy ingredients. This is the first of Jenny’s cooking classes and you won’t want to miss it! She will also be giving out receipts and tips on preparing delicious mealtime staples.
