Now You Can Have Your Cake, and Eat It TOO...RECIPE INCLUDED!!

Well, friends...I have been promising you over and over again a recipe for my all-time favorite cake. This cake seriously SAVED my life. I mean, honestly, when I was forced to cut out all sugar and processed foods, I went from eating and drinking whatever I wanted to COLD TURKEY - NO SUGAR. It wasn't like I was weaning myself off and just having it occasionally...nope. I was eating what I wanted and drinking what I wanted and when I was faced with a near-death experience, my mind was made up. I was ALL IN. First off, let me start by wishing everyone a HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!! Ahhh...the season of joy, love, family, gift-giving...and for most, 'tis the season of splurging on unhealthy foods and "falling off the wagon" so-to-speak. Healthy Shopping Tips - Jenny goes to Aldi's

Hey friends! I hope you saw my first shopping video where baby Adelynn and I went to Aldi's! If you haven't yet seen it, click below on the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YZRQRsrF8oU In my quick video, I point out a few of my favorites and I want to go through these products with you and ingredients so you know what to look for. I have a few different spots around town that I hit up to find organic foods, and Aldi is one of them. However, not all organic products are equal! I try to avoid certain ingredients as much as possible and get foods as close to the whole form as I can. Of course, I recommend that you make all...
